My house has gotten busy and noisy which is a nice change from the usual quiet and boring. Meagan came home with her babes and Hillary is home now for the rest of the summer break. We are working on last minute wedding details and finishing off projects. I have sewing to do for Hill, and I have some furniture restoration for the girls to work on. The kiddies are, of course, very entertaining and cute, but slightly sticky.
Dave is out of town on a bike trip. He bought a new toy and is out on the road with some other middle aged men who are also having a mid life crisis and trying to recapture their youth. He bought a Bergman bike and is now looking at "leathers", which on a 50 year old man is not as enticing as on someone half that age. I go out with him on the bike every night and we tour around the city. I, too, am looking at "leathers" knowing that they will not be that enticing on me either. When I was younger I would not have thought I would be a biker chick, but apparently I am one. Never say never, especially when it comes to doing dangerous dumb things that are fun.
