MONEY! MONEY! MONEY!

With this new year, I have made a commitment to finally get the finances in order. So far, I haven't bought any new cosmetics and I have been going over the bills and evaluating the spending in the Work household. It has been an eye opener. I didn't realize how often I am going to Safeway to pick something up - like every other day! And Costco! Can't get out of there without dropping a pile of cash. And I am spending too much time and money going to thrift shops. How much crap do I really need? I make a lot of unnecessary purchases because I go to the mall too often. Again, how much crap do I really need? You only need a few fabulous things that you enjoy and use. No more impulse buying, duplicate purchases and wasting money by shopping since I am bored and the mall is my entertainment. And my decaf Caramel Coretto with whip has got to stop too. It's $5! This year, I will be better. I will spend less and save more (not the other way around) . With that said, I did go online and bought some pretty fabulous boots (at least I stayed out of the mall).
