MIDSUMMER

Time has flown by and it is midsummer already.  The last two weeks have been fun-packed with family.  Hillary and Meagan were home along with the grandkids, and it has been so fun!  It is always a highlight when my girls are home (which is not often enough).   We did the usual things:  Banff, Silver Inn, visiting family, shopping, Crave.  Nothing extraordinary - just precious memories for the grandma.

Sadie celebrated her 5th birthday

 We had picnics in parks
We went for walks.  This was the night we found a bumper crop of saskatoons.  And were eaten by mosquitoes.
We played in parks (Brett looks like he is worn out.  He was a great babysitter and is a fun uncle)
Meagan holding little Leah along the Bow River
 Hill on Crescent Hill
Mike made the trip and was here for 12 hours before he turned around and drove the family home.  Stay longer next time Mike!
It has been a great start to the summer so far.  I look forward to more walks, more picnics and hope to see everyone again soon.  Miss you!
